Help with my Anxiety symptoms?
I’m female and 19 soon and have had Social Anxiety since my early teens which hasn’t been cured yet, but over this past year i’ve developed hypochondria with an intense fear of dying.
And i’ve been experiencing so many of the physical/mental symptoms from the Anxiety, mostly thats come this year.
I had my first mildish panic attack (dizzyness, legs felt like jelly, had this feeling of something pushing on my head, got really hot and sweaty, then went really cold, shaking, had to breathe harder, it was soo strange, this whole feeling just come over me randomly all of a sudden) last night which scared me, i worry constantly, all day everyday even when i feel i’m not i actually am i just don’t realise it, i’m constantly on edge, i can’t relax.
The past few weeks have been bad i had a really bad ear infection that made my Anxiety worse and my Anxiety hasn’t calmed down (sometimes it does for a few days) yet.
I’ve been getting these weird head sensations in my head mainly around the top/back of my head where it feels that something is crawling in my hair/brain, my scalp gets quite ichy and i can feel this band of pressure in the back of my head that is making my neck stiff at times and my ears ring, i don’t actually have any pain it’s just uncomfortable and i get lightheaded at dizzy.
Is this normal with Anxiety?
My Anxiety symptoms seemed to have worked there way up my body, from my legs to my head, i’ve had everything inbetween at one point.
I just want to be able to relax, i’m undergoing treatment for my Anxiety and due to go back to my doctor to discuss medication.
I’ve had an ECG that came back clear i’m only going to ask about a scan on my head to reassure me my brain is fine.
Anyone got any tips on how to calm down?
